The Abbey Hotel

We had our wedding on the 1st July . Lorraine did an amazing job at making sure everything was covered and making sure we had thought of everything! We had the most magical day thankyou to all of the staff especially the lady who worked on the reception for the night before and day of she was amazing and nothing was too big for her to do even putting my dress In her room and looking after it so it was away from little fingers . Just had a lovely weekend at the Abbey Hotel with my husband and another couple. The staff were absolutely wonderful, from Monica, Tia and Odile on reception to all of the staff in the spa, restaurant and housekeeping. They couldn't have been more helpful! Our room was large and very comfortable and the food was good. We would definitely stay again but would request a room away from the ballroom as the events taking place on each evening were quite loud (the music was great though!)

What a fabulous day the room was perfect (great recommendation from you), the casual seating all round the room was super great relaxing area for everyone. Please send compliments to the chef and his team the food was second to none and everyone without exception enjoyed it and there was plenty of everything (I did send a message back to the kitchen but I case they didn't get it I thought I'd tell you).

We have had a lovely time. Thank you for all of your assistance in trying to please us. The room for dining was essential and great, food very good and the waiting staff were really helpful. A very helpful young man called Joe assisted me with carrying things and the ladies on reception were lovely.

I am writing to let you know how impressed we were with how the year 11 prom went on 30th June. From getting initial dates and ideas scheduled to the night itself we were really happy with how you managed the event. We were grateful for the way in which you stayed in contact and helped so swiftly with any concerns or questions, and this put my mind at rest on many occasions.
