Superb organisation made for a stress-free day !!
We had the most amazing wedding day at the Orsett Hall. The organisation was fantastic (thanks to Georgia and Paula). Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure the whole day was stress-free. I cannot praise high enough the quality of the food for our wedding meal. We were nervous about whether it would be as good as the tasting dinner and it was every bit as good (we had the lamb) - all our guests raved about how wonderful it was. It was delicious, plentiful and HOT - which has to be a feat for 100+ guests ! The only fly in the ointment was that the bridal suite was not cleaned/refreshed so we unfortunately went back to a messy room (after the bridesmaids all got ready in there). Initially they did apologise to us but then changed their mind and said they'd warned us it would not be 'post covid' etc etc. Very unhappy ending after a (up until then) near perfect experience. Apart from this I would have given FIVE stars!

A calming influence
Rachel and I just wanted to drop you a quick line in order to say a big thank you for all your help and support in the lead up to and on our big day. You and the team were terrific in getting the prep work done but more importantly a calming influence on the day, dealing with any last minute hiccups such as the British weather or even sorting out the bar set ups. We had an amazing day, simply the best and it wouldn't have been possible without you all.
