Describe the best wedding that happened at Oasis Farm Waterloo?
Each wedding that's happened here has been so unique to our couples that it's hard to pick an absolute favourite. The best ones are when the couple have been able to put their own stamp on the day, either through organising simcha dancing, speciality kegs from the brewery in their local area or allowing the mother of the bride to run her own gin palace for the evening. It's always a touch like this that means the day comes alive and makes weddings a joy to host.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Focus on what is important to you as a couple, not what everyone else thinks you 'should' have. You really won't be stressed about what glassware you ordered on the day, you'll be caught up in the joy of it. So pick things you like, and trust that when it gets to it, all people will really want is to spend time with you.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
So many! Some I've already mentioned. We did have a couple organise a friend of theirs to lead the entire party in a sing-a-long this year though, that was pretty special.
