Full Description
Nestled in the foothills of the Lammermuir hills, just 45 minutes from Edinburgh, Leaston is a beautiful setting for a wedding. What makes us different is that we are just a family who live in a beautiful place and we love sharing that with people who appreciate the surroundings and the very special level of care that we give to all our couples.
Our home is not suitable for a wedding to be held inside so all celebrations are held within a marquee or marquees in any location you choose within our grounds. Whether in the flower meadow, in front of the house, or in the walled garden, or a combination of locations, your wedding will be very personal and limited only by your dreams. We can provide a full package of marquee, catering, flowers and music or you can just rent the space and make your own arrangements. It's up to you, we are just here to help you in every way we can and make sure you have a very special, very individual day.
As the site is in Scotland there are no requirements for a licence for a wedding ceremony.

A unique venue and the setting will blow you away!
If you want a wedding that is unique, personal and will blow you and your guests away then Leaston offers all of this and more. The only thing more special than the venue itself is the family who run it, as it was evidently clear they cared for us and take pride in what they do. It’s impossible to put into words how lucky we feel to have found Leaston and our day was simply perfect.

A unique venue and the setting will blow you away!
My wife and I were required to postpone our day three times due to the pandemic but the venue moved heaven and earth to accommodate us and done everything they could to alleviate what was, at the time, an incredibly stressful period. This is unlike the experience had by several of our friends and family who booked more recognised establishments to then be treated as a commodity rather than a hopeful couple when they needed help.
