"What an amazing night we had and the feedback from my guests were equally impressed with the professional and friendly staff, the venue itself, including the accommodation and the buffet. This message I received from one of my friends sums it up. 'the buffet was probably the best I have ever had, I thought the hotel staff were excellent and the band were amazing, they really got the party going. Our room was lovely, very clean and the bed so comfy. Breakfast was good, so all in all a brilliant night' People were impressed that it wasn't a buffet style breakfast and for me personally the staff were all amazing as was our suite. Thank you for all your help, very professional and attentive, I would definitely recommend the Kingfisher"

Sunday Lunch
Lovely Sunday roast yesterday. They gave me a leg of chicken and some breast. Lovely vegetables. Tasty gravy and it was nice and hot. And the chocolate brownie was delicious 😋. Keep this up, and I will be back.

Just wanted to email to pass on our thanks again, we were absolutely delighted with the Kingfisher and so pleased that we chose your venue for our wedding. You and your team looked after us so well from our first visit and cannot fault anything about our wedding day. You decorated the ceremony room so beautifully with the decorations we gave you (so much better than what I had in my head). Nothing was too much trouble and all the little touches made our day even more special (our bridal room, bubbles, card) and the video you sent of me walking down the aisle - a moment we would not have if you hadn’t taken the video. Soul by the Lake
The music event was a great idea. Three of us enjoyed Sunday lunch and stayed at the same outside table for the event. Tyrone Robinson looked after us splendidly and is no doubt a great ambassador for the venue and it’s owners. Young Harvey was a very attentive waiter and it seems all the staff were well trained in the art of friendliness and helpfulness. Will definitely go back. Theresa MK
