Included within our venue hire price - 2 night weekend hire of the wedding field and campsite (Fri-Sun), Petal-Pole Marquee, round tables and chiavari chairs (for up to 150 guests), table decorations, site decor including bunting, festival flags, festoon lighting, hay bale seating, full wedding planning, consultation and co-ordination throughout your event, 2 x yurts, licensed bar and welcome drinks, generator, running water, compost toilets, showers and luxury toilet trailer.

Crockstead Fields - Festival Weddings Full Description
We are licensed for marriage ceremonies under our pagoda and our wedding package includes petal-pole marquee (with seating for up to 150 guests), compost toilets + luxury toilet trailer, showers, licensed bar, tree-house seating area, fire-pit, lawn games, photo booth and more.
We can offer in-house festival catering via our sister company Shibui Cafe but couples are also more than welcome to book their own caterer.
A BYOB option is available for a corkage fee.
2 x Yurts are included within the price (which sleep 4 people total) and Bell Tents can be booked via one of our trusted suppliers.
All bookings are Fri-Sun so you get to enjoy our beautiful surroundings for 2 nights - giving it the real festival experience!
We are an Eco-Friendly venue - we minimise waste and recycle as much as we can.
