Cuisine Studio was established in 1987 and has proved to be one of the leading outside catering companies in the South East. We will undertake as much or as little of the event as you wish, catering for numbers from 20-400, offering a menu and format to suit you, from our extensive selection of Canapés, a bespoke three course fine dining menu, a more informal barbecue, or anything in-between!
Joannah's faultless Event Management ensures that every aspect of your day runs smoothly. She has a reputation amongst her clients for her professionalism in managing each detail of the event and for her calmness in dealing with all eventualities. We can also act as Master of Ceremonies and will liaise with all other suppliers involved, giving you the freedom to relax and enjoy the day.
Tony is an exceptionally talented chef with a passion for food and drive to innovate and experiment, together with wonderful creative flair in producing menus with style seen in any Michelin Star restaurant. Many of our customers substitute a first course for a delicious selection of canapés, which we are particularly well-renowned for, but all menus are interchangeable and we are more than happy to design a bespoke menu to suit you.
Our staff are fully trained and offer exceptional service, in a friendly yet unobtrusive manner. We will organise staff to serve drinks on arrival and throughout the meal and we do not charge corkage for this service. We can also arrange staff to serve drinks until the early hours, ensuring your guests are looked after right to the end of the evening.
We have contacts with leading marquee companies, wine merchants, florists and photographers and as an added service to you, we hire all china, cutlery, glassware and ovens/hardware on your behalf and this is charged separately by the supplier.
