I wanted to hold a small dinner party for friends, to be held at home. I wanted to serve a special meal to remember; in a relaxed setting. Normally that would involve weeks of planning, shopping and cooking and an evening with me cooking, serving, clearing and stressing.
Chef Thomas Clark planned our menu, prepared 3 delicious courses and petit fours with coffee, served and cleared up. I enjoyed a fablous evening without any resposibilties other than to eat, drink and chat.
In the weeks ahead our our dinner, Chef Thomas Clark produced a choice of 2 three course menus using quality, locally sourced ingredients and carefully considered components to ensure courses complemented one another and dietry requirements were met (including one caeliac).
Thomas' partner served our meals, providing a summary of what we were being served at each course. After serving coffee and petit fours they cleared away leaving my kitchen spotless before departing.
All in all, a very successful evening from every aspect. Highly recommended.
