What is your most memorable wedding?
A wedding at Comlongon Castle in Scotland. I made the wedding cake in Suffolk and had to transport it (complete with sugar flowers) all the way to Scotland.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Gift hampers containing all home made edible treats as thank you presents to the wedding party (supplied by me, of course!)
Describe your typical process with a couple.
During the consultation we aim to collect as much information as possible about every aspect of your wedding from venue to flowers, dresses to table designs, budget to numbers of guests. Armed with this information the design process begins, once you are happy with our design we will provide a quote in writing which will also include any additional costs for delivery (this would also be discussed during the consultation).
What is your signature cake?
In terms of flavour either our apple & cinnamon cake or our lemon drizzle
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
A 4 tier Disney themed cake, each tier was based on a different film.
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
18 years ago my mother passed away, she had made cakes and wedding cakes as a hobby whilst I was growing up. My father gave me all of her cake decorating books and equipment so I started teaching myself how to make sugar flowers and other decorations. I have had some lessons here and there. I've read so many books and watched a million video's since then too and still I am learning and that's why I love what I do.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
Something carved and sculpted from cake, maybe an animal
