Paramount Health & Fitness Club is a private health club, which was established in Bedlington in 1996. We've prided ourselves on giving exceptional service and advice to our members ever since. Many of our current members have been with us since we opened and continue to enjoy our spacious and fully equipped facility. We have everything you need to help you reach your fitness goals, whether that be to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up, run a marathon or simply maintain or improve your general health and wellbeing. Our qualified instructors use their vast experience to guide you through tailored exercise programmes, from beginners to advanced, in addition to sport specific programmes. We also offer individual and group Personal Training, which is available at an additional charge. These sessions cater for all levels and can provide exceptional results, depending upon the individual requirement. We also offer a wide range of exercise and fitness classes in our spacious fully equipped studio, suitable for all abilities.
