We were celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary and we have received a complimentary cake and a fruit platter which was arranged by the staff, Chloe Yew. We would like to thank her for her thoughtfulness and attentiveness.

Exceptional service from Crowne Plaza, Elleen, Derrick, and their fellow colleagues who made our wedding an unforgettable blast of an event for the sweet memories. Our Bridal Suite was well-furnished and spacious, supported with a prompt and hospitable front desk service for all my adhoc requests. We won’t have another wedding again, but we’ll definitely be back to stay and enjoy this IHG hotel. Cheers! ✨

Thanks to Boon Wee for bringing comfortable slippers for my wife to change into after the reception - it was so thoughtful of him! Next, thank you to all the staff for their attentive and meticulous service. The assistance they rendered during the tea ceremony and banquet was impeccable. Special mention to the gentleman who first brought us into the room and also brought us a complimentary mini food platter and chocolate cake while we were preparing before the banquet.

Celebrated our wedding here and it was spectacular! We are so glad that we found Crowne Plaza as our wedding venue - the staff here truly created a magical experience for our special day, and even in the days leading up to and following it. Firstly, a huge shout-out to our wedding coordinator, Jesmi! She did an amazing job at accommodating to our requests despite the restrictions relating to the pandemic, and did so cheerfully, sincerely, and gracefully.
