The hotel managed to exceed all our expectations. We are a couple who travels a lot and who have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world but this one stood out. All the staff were extremely kind, polite, and always with a smile on their face. It seemed like they could read our minds. They offered towels and cold water, before we could asked for it. The rooms and the property itself are in pristine condition and it offers...My husband and I stayed at the Constance Lemuria for 4 nights. The hotel managed to exceed all our expectations. We are a couple who travels a lot and who have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world but this one stood out. All the staff were extremely kind, polite, and always with a smile on their face. Having stayed in August the ocean currents were very strong, with serious difficulties in bathing, combined with the terrible sand flies (I don't know if there is a possible solution to the problem, but by sprinkling in oil the situation improves). The staff in the restaurants is very friendly (a special mention to Arvind). Among the restaurants Legend is the best...This is definitely a great hotel to stay in: right from the entrance the lush nature makes you understand the level of the resort. Every request was fully met by the hotel in no time. Great beaches. Delicious breakfast. The hotel has all the services you can think of and need. 24/7 buggy service. My flight back home was at 9 PM and the hotel team was kind very kind to offer me late check out till 8 PM! Special thanks to Mrs Fauziah for being extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs. For sure visiting again!The hotel is a beauty! From the moment you enter, you receive the best 5-stars treatment and service. Every request was fully met by the hotel in no time. Great beaches.
