Most wonderful time here ! Beautiful and welcoming

We had the most wonderful time here. The hotel is just beautiful and just so welcoming! We arrived at the reception and were greeted with a wristband and words from Staff telling us to help ourselves at the bar with refreshments. There is a massive swimming pool and kids entertainment from 10am - 10pm. The Staff work really hard to entertain the kids and the kids seem to love it!

Nice hotel, friendly staff and varied food !

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Food is varied and fresh. Pool side could do with a little bit of attention as some of the paths are broken and a couple of the manhole covers are showing signs of aging. Overall 5/5 star.

Beautiful hotel, will return ! Lovely staff

What a beautiful hotel. We will definitely return. We had an awesome holiday here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are lovely and helpful. We were a large family of 10 but always managed to get sunbeds and seats for dinner. No hustle or bustle which was just perfect 💕💕💕

Great quality of food, amazing hotel

The hotel and holiday experience is amazing. The staff are kind and helpful, the rooms at spotless and modern. The pool and surrounding areas are lovely. The food is of a great quality, but can be repetitive. The drinks are great. The local town of Alvor is lovely. There isn’t much else to do but there are some lovely restaurants. We used Uber a lot, they are a lot cheaper. We went and would recommend the following bars / restaurants in the town; Indian Garden - amazing food.

One of the best hotels ! Great food, lovely staff

This has been one of the best if not the best hotels I have been to that is all inclusive. The entire staff were lovely and did not leave a spot of mess which is something I have never encountered. The bar staff were lovely with a shout out to David and Dylan. The entertainment was catered towards children and I was with an older audience but a quick uber down to Portimao has amazing nightlife. The best of the best! All inclusive drinks and food and snacks were great

Super clean; incredible food, close to beaches

Quite literally the best value hotel I’ve stayed in. For the price, you really can’t go wrong. Super clean all around the hotel. The all you can eat was delightful (chicken kebab everyday) incredible. Great play park for the kids and just all around general good attitude and place to be. Close to beaches, with a hotel shuttle bus that goes to the beach for free from the hotel. They also let us into our room on arrival and gave us a food voucher.
