We were so impressed with our stay at the Viceroy. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and the facilities were impressive. The standout was the exceptional service by all of the staff who were extemely passionate about seeing to our every need. The food was outstanding and a huge thank you to Carlos and Fabian for making our dining experience exceptional. Highly recommend!!!

5* accommodation and phenomenal service

We had a simply gorgeous stay. If you want authentic Mexican tropical surroundings, with 5* accommodation and phenomenal service, look no further. Having read some of the negative reviews, we can safely say we experienced none of that. Food is excellent (variety, taste, speed), rooms gorgeous with great amenities, spa is a DELIGHT, but what sets it apart is the service and attention to detail. It really is incredible. No request is too small/big. We went all inclusive and would recommend...
