Always respectful and courteous. Friendly staff, great food, big heated swimming pool and beautiful gardens to enjoy. Very peaceful! A sure bet for a nice place to stay, while you are visiting Cuernavaca!

It was a very pleasant stay, the staff is warm and very kind. They helped us in keeping my Dad's insulin cold in the fridge and the rooms were very clean. Much better than soo many big brands hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast is amazing with so many options for adults and children.

My husband and I visit Cuernavaca twice a year, from the first time we stayed we Loved it, might not be luxurious but meets every need, rooms are always clean, clean linen and for us the staff is super important and here they are awesome in every way, never have b en disappointed. My husband wasn’t feeling good fainted as we entered our room, and immediately some of their staff was there to aid him, called a Doctor to come see him. And made sure he was ok...

I really like this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the place is neat. The remodeled rooms are nice. The pool is big surrounded by a garden with mature trees. The breakfast is gorgeous. I do recommend it!
