One of the best hotels and resorts in Bandung with 5 stars hotel standards. They have great management and hospitality. Have been several times staying in this hotel and will definitely come back.

I attended the wedding event here. Great hotel, the ballroom was vast and lux. The food also tasted good. I couldn't complain. Anyway, they also had a vast parking lot. They provided some buggy cars so the visitors don't need to walk extra meters to their cars

Staying here was the best experience of my life. The hospitality and alertness of the hotel staff are some of the best. An honorable mention goes to Erria and the room service staff, who prepared our room with some treats and decorations. Gilang, Doni, Akmal, and restaurant staff prepare breakfast with great taste and service. It was a pleasure to start my journey as an IHG Member Group. Thank you very much.

Had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The breakfast menu was delicious, staffs are incredibly helpful. We also received excellent help from pak dhani (manager) as well as the front desks team. The only downside is that kids activity only available during weekend.

Just had a company event here and also staying here. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Also quick responses. Special thanks to Mba Andita and PIC banquet on our meeting day (sorry could not remember his name) for all the great support. The ambience is also very refreshing. Good to refresh our mind.
