Crystalkuta Hotel - Bali

Such a great hotel! The staff were wonderful, service was great and the location was perfect - close to the airport for ease of transit. :)

Amazing hotel, we only stayed for a few days but wish we could have stayed longer. Food was amazing and so were the staff!

Great place to stay. Breakfast is excellent; staff is friendly; near really good restaurants; nice beds; chill pool area; 24/7 reception; clean. I can go on. The location is nice since it's not situated in the most touristic place in kuta, so you actually feel that you are Indonesia. Also close to the airport. Great way to start your Bali travel. Highly recommended.

Where do I start? Had an amazing time here! Staff were super helpful, breakfast was delicious, pool area was super pretty and had a good vibe going on, the gym area is small but enough for some exercise. We had an issue in our room where the Wifi was bad and we needed for work and the staff moved us to a better room which was very nice of them. They also let us leave our luggage there for a week without any charge. Coming from a Hospitality background myself I have to say well done guys...
