Amazing brand-new hotel, 15 minutes away from Heraklion’s city center and 10 from the airport or ferry port. Great staff, extremely kind and making everything possible to make all guests happy.

Beautiful, clean and welcoming hotel. The staff are incredible and do everything in their power to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The food was incredible in both the buffet and the beach restaurant. Beautiful drinks and atmosphere. We will definitely be back next year we loved every second of it and we were sad to leave!

The stay was incredible. The hotel is beautiful and the entire staff was extraordinarily friendly. It was the staff that made our stay special and so unique. They assisted with everything from providing an early check in, making us feel like a priority, and helping us with whatever was needed. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had!

Amazing hotel, food & facilities. The hotel itself is in an extremely idyllic location and is kept consistently at a high standard. The staff could not do more to help you and couldn’t do any more for you! We found especially that Manos & Alexandra around Reception/management to be extremely helpful, kind, happy and friendly. And Themis on the beach bar and Manos in the main bar are so amazing and make such good drinks - they are happy to advise on new drinks to try which are always delicious...
