Very friendly welcoming, helpful, and good location. Quiet, lovely tavernes. And pubs. Highly recommended. Also quiet rooms with all you need, including wifi, telly, fridge and microwave! Spyros and Makis at reception fabulous!

Excellent location, walkable to ferries to islands. Extremely clean and quiet inside, reception staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast which was included was AMAZING! Fresh fruit, meat, cheeses, croissants, boiled eggs, pastries - huge spread! Everywhere was spotless. Definitely great value and would stay again if getting a ferry to Greek islands.

My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay in Nikolakakis Rooms Lavrio. The price was great, the included breakfast was delicious and had great variety, the location was ideal because we could walk into town for restaurants and to the port for our cruise ship the next morning. The balcony from our room overlooked the square and the port, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The rooms were clean, simple and adequate.
