Nestled in the heart of the Ardèche Verte, just an hour from Lyon, Saint-Étienne, Valence and Grenoble, Château des Gaudras is a charming residence built in 1850 by an ancestor of the family who welcomes you today. Fully renovated while preserving its authenticity, it has kept all its old-world charm: murals inspired by Italian villas, a majestic stone staircase, and period mouldings and fireplaces blend with modern comfort to offer your guests a setting that is both romantic and refined.
The château offers several reception spaces that can accommodate up to 250 guests. L'Orangerie, a 150 m² hall, is lit up in the evening for unforgettable nights, while the 45 m² dining room, adorned with mouldings and frescoes, and the various lounges offer more intimate spaces for your key moments.
To extend the celebration, the estate offers accommodation for 31 people spread across the château (11 bedrooms, 15 people), the guest house (2 bedrooms, 6 people) and the pool house (dormitory, 10 people) — an invitation to experience your wedding over several days and enjoy the day after with your loved ones.
The estate's private, fully enclosed grounds include a covered infinity pool, a paddling pool, a 100 m² pool house with fully equipped kitchen and bar, a wooden deck, a lake, and games areas (table tennis, billiards, pétanque, games library) to entertain guests of all ages between festivities.
With over 170 years of family history, Château des Gaudras opens its doors to make your wedding a timeless occasion, blending heritage elegance with the gentle Ardèche way of life.
