Low season rates (April, May, and October only) = €8,000 flat rate (€4,760 for the rooms from Friday to Monday + €3,240 for Saturday night for 81 people = €40 per person. The 10-person dormitory can be removed if not needed = -€400).
+ €200 incl. VAT extra for Thursday, if needed (from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm = the working hours of the Caretaker).
