Welcoming hotel, excellent staff. Quite basic room in superior but suitable perfectly the big plus is the SPA area which is fabulous. We did not come during the week so we were not able to taste the hotel's catering, however the breakfast was perfect, lots of choice, magnificent decor. The overall assessment is great and we will not hesitate to come back!! Thank you for your professionalism and your kindness.

Great place, good jacuzzi and super attentive staff, good fast restaurant. And a great view of the volcanoes from the room. We slept with the curtains open, it was so nice.
