We have three magnificent wedding venues in our portfolio! The NOUS estate can be transformed into any outdoor space you imagine, and two magnificent nearby castles have opened their doors to our wedding services! We lovingly present and personally explain all our possibilities and the three venues to you.
* US ~ Our playground. A valley surrounded by vineyards, nothing but silence, raw and pure, with serene elegance and breathtaking views. An open-air space bathed in light and freedom. For those who find beauty in simplicity and space.
*Château Domaine La Tourelle ~ A botanical garden with the most beautiful wildflowers and Mediterranean trees. A romantic setting that combines allure and art.
*Château d'Agel ~ A monumental, cinematic, and ephemeral castle, magnificent. Here, you can get married beneath century-old trees and perfect symmetry, with the echo of French history in every wall.
The setting: In the heart of the Minervois region and close to the Canal du Midi, lies the village of Agel, offering a truly picturesque setting, unspoiled nature, and panoramic views. This is where the NOUS house and Château Agel are located. A little further afield, the magnificent private château 'Domaine de Tourelle' is located in the village of Saint-sur-Marcel, Aude.
Domaine NOUS is located on a hillside with a forest backdrop, giving you a breathtaking view of the historic village of Agel - the home and heart of this holiday and, more recently, wedding destination. In contrast, the two châteaux are truly captivating and decorated down to the smallest detail, just like in a fairy tale.

Between its authenticity, peace, and tranquility, we were sure our children would experience a true paradise that weekend. If you love the place, some children will feel right at home there. The ceremony was magical, the venue magnificent, and the atmosphere very intimate. The cake, a red velvet cake with Oreo topping, was delicious and a huge hit, as were the donuts for the children. The Sunday brunch, overlooking the hill, was perfectly organized, with delicious French cheeses and croissants. The pool party was the perfect start to the weekend. It was a perfect time to relax and prepare for the big day. The NOUS team was fantastic. When the weather changed and we had to change the location, Angela and Kay immediately suggested three solutions and organized everything quickly and perfectly. We were truly taken care of and felt like guests at our own wedding. Our guests were as impressed by US and the château as we were. The venue and service were impeccable. US is the perfect place for a family wedding, in a magical and welcoming setting. Magical! They were fantastic from start to finish, throughout the planning process, and right up to the last minute. They were warm and welcoming to us and all our guests. The cottages are beautifully renovated and feature fully equipped kitchens. The venue itself offers magnificent views and is very child-friendly. We can't thank them enough for all their efforts: they thought of everything!We celebrated our family wedding at Angela and Kay's charming venue. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
Every wedding is unique, but one of the most memorable was a ceremony in the botanical gardens, bathed in the golden light of sunset, followed by a dinner under the stars in front of the illuminated castle. The atmosphere was magical, intimate, and poetic.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Start by defining the atmosphere and emotion you want to share with your guests: the ideal venue naturally emerges from this vision. Everything else is then built, step by step.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A couple transformed the valley into a veritable "secret garden" by hanging lanterns from the centuries-old trees. The place lit up at nightfall, creating a magical and intimate setting.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The panoramic view from the castle gardens, with the vineyards and hills in the background, is a must-see. But the Turret, bathed in light in the middle of the botanical garden, is also a favorite.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Not yet... but every couple is treated like a real star in OUR home ✨.
What’s your favourite canapé?
A mini toast of black olive tapenade, typical of the South of France, which reflects the Mediterranean soul of the region.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
A simple yet refined garden fruit tart that evokes the authentic flavors of Languedoc.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The flexibility of offering three very different settings (castle, botanical gardens or vineyard), all available for private hire, allowing each couple to create a tailor-made wedding that truly reflects them.
