Here's a preliminary idea that can be further refined together, perhaps over a phone call. Privatizing the estate for a full weekend (from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, for two nights) consists of two parts: 1. Reservation of the six gîtes for a total of €990 including tax per night, or €1,980 including tax for the weekend (including tourist tax), representing a 10% to 15% discount depending on the gîte compared to seasonal rates. If you would like breakfast items, please let me know, and I can add them at a later date. 2. Booking outdoor spaces: For organizing such an outdoor event, the following spaces are available: - a lovely scrubland clearing for a ceremony and/or cocktail reception on a promontory with a 180° view of the Uzès plain - our 70m² covered wooden structure for seated meals and a dance floor overlooking the surrounding scrubland hills - the rest of the garden on the gîte side where gazebos from a service provider can be installed if needed - you should also consider amenities for your guests: either a gîte remains open to serve as restrooms and a changing room, or your service provider offers this service. The total rental cost for these spaces would be €3,900 including tax for an entire weekend (Friday evening to Sunday evening). The rental also includes, of course, electricity and water usage for the farmhouse, use of the swimming pool (under your responsibility if desired and possible, weather permitting), and all existing outdoor furniture (which we can discuss in detail together at a later date).
