To enhance your stay, we have provided you with a reception room, a wine cellar and a large park. A 4-hectare green space. is open to all and can accommodate facilities (tents and marquees, etc.)
Prices for the 2 large gîtes at the Manoir (14 and 10 people) and the 2 caravans (2 and 3 people)
Weekend rental: 1800€ (from October to March)
Week and weekend rental for events: €2,000 (from April to September included, weekend 3 days and 2 nights)
Christmas and New Year rental: €2000 (heating included)
Partial rental possible (see arbnb) on weekends or weeks, depending on availability)
1 bedroom rental (sheets and towels included Price for 1 person: €35, for 2 people: €60
Rental of 1 trailer: €75 per night (€10 for additional 1 person in the large trailer)
Prices for the 2 reception rooms:
Small room rental only:
from 150€/during the day (35 people max.), 300€ at the weekend (sound system, with equipped kitchen, chairs, tables, 1 bedroom and toilets)
Rental of large equipped room with professional kitchen and all equipment
1 day from €550 (birthdays, Christmas trees during the day)
€750 for evenings and events (room returned at 10 a.m.)
1500€ for weekends and events (from Friday 10 a.m. to Sunday 5 p.m.)

Such a warm welcome upon our arrival that it put us at ease. This place is filled with good, positive vibes. The two gîtes are perfectly equipped, magnificently decorated, the bedding is simply perfect. The trailers are incredibly splendid. The room is very equipped, absolutely nothing is missing. What a magnificent place. The Saigne area is simply magical. We all had a great weekend for our Wedding. Such a warm welcome upon our arrival that it put us at ease.
