At the beginning of the 20th century, in the midst of the "Roaring Twenties", 9 Avenue Hoche was none other than a dance hall where people came to guincher. Pierre Beteille, owner of the place, joined forces with a young musician named Eddy Barclay. Together they founded the Barclay record label. These recording studios saw many celebrities, from Aznavour to Piaf, including Dalida and many others. Subsequently, they handed over the premises to their faithful friend Albert Allon Oullo who transformed these spaces into prestigious reception rooms, respecting the vocation of the district.
