This unique estate offers an immersive and welcoming experience, ideal for a unique wedding in the Île-de-France region.
With a capacity of up to 400 standing guests (250 for a seated meal) and 212 beds on site spread across converted wagons and unusual accommodation, the Village de Sully is perfectly suited to festive, friendly weddings lasting several days.
The estate is made up of several emblematic spaces:
- A vintage central place for your outdoor cocktails and ceremonies
- A covered reception room (with possible extension)
- Le Bistrot des Amis , decorated in a 70s style, perfect for after-parties
- A real 73-seat cinema for surprises or screenings
- A vintage grocery store for culinary events
- A pétanque court , arcade games, pinball machines and table football
- A symbolic town hall for civil ceremonies
The Village de Sully is available for dry rental or turnkey formula , with the possibility of including catering, DJ, photographer, decoration and coordination.

We're very happy we chose Pascal as our DJ, who understood our expectations perfectly. The dance floor was packed until the end of the night. We're also delighted with the photos taken by Christophe. It's an original, unique place that appeals to both young and old! There are so many details that all our guests loved. Being able to accommodate so many people on-site is a significant plus! The quality of the service (sales, project manager, server, head waiter)This was the first place we visited, and we quickly realized it would be difficult to find another that had the same effect on us. A Franco-Brazilian couple privatized the entire village for an unforgettable festive weekend: a ceremony under the olive trees, a film screening in our vintage cinema, and a night of dancing until the end of the night at the Bistrot des Amis. A true journey through time for all the guests!

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Without a doubt: the village square at sunset, with its lit fairy lights, century-old olive trees, and vintage facades. But our train carriage and our 70s cinema are also gems!

What’s your favourite canapé?
The caterer's custom-made mini burgers. Delicious, comforting, and always a hit.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
The thin apple and cinnamon tart served late in the evening in the Bistro. With a scoop of vanilla ice cream, of course 🍏✨
