56 beds (13 bedrooms)

• 1 fully equipped room for disabled people with level access and adapted bathroom facilities (shower, toilet, sink);
• 4 double bedrooms , 2 of which have their own bathroom (shower, sink);
• 8 bedrooms with individual beds for 4 to 6 people;
• In total 56 beds all equipped with pillows, mattress covers and blankets;
• Rental of sheets and towels (see section “our options”);
• In total: 7 toilets, and 7 showers

Full rental formula (mandatory on weekends, possible during the week)

• Full weekend: from Friday 5 p.m. to Monday morning 9 a.m.
• Free management , free of caterer and service providers (caterer, rotisserie or DJ optional, contact us);
• Complete privatization of the 600m² site on 2 levels, the rooms, the large kitchen, the entrance/bar, the small lounge, all the accommodation, garden
• Wifi , sound system (one Yamaha DXR8 active speaker)
• Reception furniture (22 rectangular tables measuring 111x71cm + 7 tables measuring 70x70cm and 120 chairs).
• All kitchen equipment (6000L cold rooms, a 5-burner gas stove, large oven, professional dishwasher, classic dishwasher, 2x2 large sinks.
• Tableware for 130 people with carafes, salad bowls, serving dishes, and kitchen utensils
• 6 picnic tables in the garden
• beds with mattresses, pillows, mattress protectors, blankets for 56 beds (50 beds) (sheets, towels optional)
• Water, electricity, heating, included, a free 360 litre rubbish bin, bottled gas
• End of stay cleaning included (except dishes, sorting of household waste and household appliances)
