It is in the heart of nature, in a peaceful setting, in a green setting that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you. The landscape will undoubtedly captivate you. As the gîte is an old mill, you will find outside a reproduction of the wooden wheel which turns with the current. From the glass floor of the living room, peacefully admire the watercourse passing below.
Furnished and equipped rooms are at your disposal. We have a large room for organizing receptions or seminars. We welcome your events of all kinds (wedding, communion, birthday, baptism, etc.) on the large covered terrace by the river or in the courtyard, under marquees with floors.
To make your life easier, we rent chairs, tables, marquees, a refrigerated truck and a bread oven.
Want a getaway? Come and enjoy the enchanting setting of MOULIN DU BAS COUDRAY! The calm of the place invites you to relax. We welcome anyone living or passing through the Mayenne department, particularly Laval, Mayenne, Craon, Ernée, Évron, Château-Gontier, etc.
During your stay, a number of activities are offered: hiking, pétanque, football... A walk is a must in the wooded park or in the new rose garden which is adorned with colors. In the evening, admire the river lighting up and the water jets coming to life.
