Le Hameau des Sources

Le Hameau des Sources is a place for intimate weddings, and a family story. In 2026, Julie, Franck and their children took over this stone hamlet in Pompignan, in the Gard, and they live there all year round, in one of its farmhouses. Set in the hamlet of Sigalas, facing the Château de Saint-Jean, between the Hortus plateau and the first foothills of the Cévennes, it takes its name from the many springs that run through it. The oldest of its farmhouses dates back to the 15th century.

INTIMATE WEDDINGS ARE WHAT WE DO — No impersonal function room, no back-to-back weddings: the hamlet hosts one wedding at a time. Up to 80 guests can share the ceremony, the dinner and the day after, and 30 of them sleep on site.

THE FORMAT — The estate is booked exclusively for three days and two nights, at weekends or midweek (Tuesday to Thursday), in high and low season. You arrive the day before to settle in, get married on the second day, and spend the third day however you like.

INCLUDED IN THE HIRE — The whole estate, exclusively yours: both farmhouses, sleeping up to 30 (Félix, 200 m², 18 guests; Misette, 175 m², 12 guests), the 180 m² reception hall with fitted kitchen and dance floor, the gardens, the lavender field, the Félix patio, two swimming pools, a pétanque court, wooden tables and benches for 50 guests, Wi-Fi and parking.

CEREMONY AND PARTY — Your celebrant-led ceremony can take place outdoors, under the Félix patio or in the reception hall. If it rains, the reception hall and the patio provide shelter. Outdoor music stops at 11 pm, then the party carries on in the reception hall.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS, AT AN ADDITIONAL COST — Nothing is imposed: you are welcome to bring your own caterer and suppliers. If you wish, the Hameau also offers, as paid options:

• food, price per person: cocktail / drinks reception €25, buffet wedding dinner €38, wood-fired Brasero (beef, pork, lamb) served whenever you like €35, relaxed shared meal €25, breakfast €15, brunch €35; drinks on quotation
• flowers, decoration, music, photography and on-the-day coordination, on quotation
• additional furniture hire (ceremony chairs, tables, high tables) and hall set-up, on quotation.

PRICES — Two-night exclusive hire from €2,850 (low season, midweek) up to €4,990 (high season, weekend), plus a mandatory €600 cleaning fee. Extra night: €1,500. Optional extras are charged on top.

GOOD TO KNOW — For safety reasons, no fires are allowed apart from the Brasero prepared by your hosts (no fireworks, sky lanterns or barbecues). The reception hall is wheelchair accessible. Pets are not allowed, except by special arrangement. Visits are by appointment, always with the family. On the wedding day, your hosts stay on site and reachable, while keeping out of the way.
