Our “Wedding” Service
from €16,000 for 50 people
3 days and 2 nights from Friday 3 p.m. to Sunday 5 p.m.
(at a minimum except for the months of October and November, contact us!)
Rental for 3 days and 2 nights with 50 beds
The Saturday catering service (from 3/4 p.m.) which includes:
the welcome drink (Sangria or mulled wine, flavored waters, hot drinks) and our homemade tarts
the reception: drinks with and without alcohol and +/-15 toasts per person
the wedding meal: traditional and/or mountain dish, village cheese platter & salad, traditional or pastry dessert, coffee/homemade infusions (excluding drinks, formula from €32 and/or corkage fee system)
hot/cold entertainment: during the meal, brazier with marshmallow and génep shot outside
the nocturnal basket in the middle of the night: brownies, fruit basket, onion soup, coffee
Sunday morning brunch: classic breakfast + homemade brioches, cold meats, cheese platter, scrambled eggs, bacon + party pancakes!
Candy bar and refreshment point (water, coffee/tea) all weekend

- Meal packages from Friday evening until Saturday lunchtime

But above all the warm welcome from the staff, the professionalism and their reassuring words, we had total confidence and everything went wonderfully! The guests had a great weekend, they have very good memories of it. Very friendly, welcoming team and great professionalism. The service provided during the evening rivals a 3 star Michelin guide (this was told to us by one of our guests who is a caterer/butcher). The sanitary facilities are always clean, cleaned regularly in the evening. A big congratulations and a big thank you to the entire Gîte du Passant team. Our wedding was perfect. The guests had a great weekend, they have very good memories of it. Very friendly, welcoming team and great professionalism.
