Located in a district of old Chalon steeped in history, the young chef, Cédric CAILLET and his team welcome you in a 15th and 17th century style setting, where you can, as you wish, spend a peaceful gourmet moment, but also organize your business meals as well as your family reunions. We provide you with 2 rooms on the ground floor for 30 and 14 people. Upstairs, we have a large living room for 20 people. and a small living room for 12 people. Finally, you will discover all the charm of our cellar and its centuries-old vaults, for a candlelit lunch or dinner, at individual tables or in groups of up to 50 people. Come meet us, our team will be there to take care of you!

While passing through Châlons sur Saône I discovered the restaurant on the internet. The reception is very good. The menu at 38 euros starter pastry crust with chanterelles and trumpets presentation as beautiful as it is good. The beef whiting with morels was sublime. The extra crème brûlée. A glass of white and a wonderful red. I'm going to go to the cellar to pick up a few bottles. Exceptional value for money.
