Beforehand, we will have developed the menu together and taken note of the details that will make your reception a success. Our know-how is summed up in 40 years of experience in the kitchen, including 16 years in organizing receptions. Christian Chavanon's signature cuisine is as close as possible to the seasons and his experience as a starred chef. We are artisans... Not everything is made at home...
