Excerpt from rates, regulations & T&Cs A place for you Event room open 7 days a week 1 - Rates (as of 01/01/2025): - "Brunch" rental 1 evening during the week (company, retirement, baby shower) from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. (Monday to Thursday): €300 (VAT included) - "Classy weekend" rental (birthday, cousin reunion, etc.): €630_2025 or €670_2026 (Saturday 8 a.m. to Sunday 6 p.m.) - "Chic & country weekend" rental: (wedding, event, etc.): €890_2025 or €930_2026 (Included in "Chic & country weekend": extended access from Friday 4 p.m. (or before) until Monday morning + cleaning of the reception room + "right of marquee" authorization for installing a marquee included (Barnum, tent, pagoda approved standard NV65 + CTS and fire M2). Marquee authorization surface > 50m² with request to the town hall and mandatory safety register. Other: - additional contiguous day: 150 € / day_2025 or 165 € / day_2026 - Other rental (on estimate) Deposit: 600 € room deposit + 80 € cleaning deposit before the keys are handed over (not cashed and returned at the end of the rental on the departure inventory deemed identical to that of entry). Excellent place which will enchant you both by the size of the space (and the way in which everything is well thought out), and by the clear and green view which is located at the back of the reception room. The backyard is also very well designed to host your receptions and cocktails. The planner was very helpful and friendly, and helped us prepare for our wedding.
