1 hour from Grenoble and 1 hour from Chambéry, in the heart of the Belledonne massif, organize your wedding in a typical place in an alpine valley that will satisfy all mountain lovers and enchant young and old. The Essentiel cottage can accommodate up to 100 people seated and 67 people to sleep.
For an optimal organization of your weekend, the rental of the structure is always planned from Friday 2:00 p.m. to Sunday 3:00 p.m. Thus, you can easily decorate the room as you wish on Friday afternoon, then have all the leisure to welcome your guests and fully enjoy the day of Saturday with all your guests.
The ground floor of the gîte l’Essentiel is dedicated to the common and reception area on a total of almost 500 m². On the same level you will therefore have an outdoor terrace and garden area with a pétanque court, a veranda very popular for secular ceremonies or even wine receptions, a main reception room where you eat and dance, a bar equipped with a refrigerated counter, a beer tap and an ice machine, a multipurpose room, often the space reserved for children's meals, and finally a games room.
In a refined decor on a total wood look background, the gîte l’Essentiel offers this warm atmosphere of evenings in the mountains. You will have all the leisure to personalize the common areas with the theme and colors of your choice in order to create in this place and the moment of a WE, an atmosphere that suits you 100%.

The modularity of the venue between the outdoor spaces, the large rooms and the apartments allowed all the guests to feel at home during this extended weekend in May. The equipment is adapted and Mathieu's advice was useful to us in adjusting the small details of the organization. The place is magnificent: an incredible view of the surrounding mountains (even if a few high-voltage lines spoil some of the panoramas a little). There is plenty to walk/hike around. The place is remote (and therefore quiet/isolated) while remaining easily accessible by a beautiful road.
