The Alcazar, installed in place of an old tennis court, a printing house and then the famous cabaret, was, when it was created in 1998, a trendy contemporary brasserie. Over time, it has become a place of life and excitement. The colors have evolved, the photographs of world-renowned artists have stood out, the DJs have come and gone….. Guillaume Lutard, at the head of the kitchen since the opening, has chosen his side: that of market products, a generous offering that draws on the classics of French cuisine.
