Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
Imagine a ceremony in our Salon Lutetia, bathed in natural light, where a virtuoso pianist accompanied the vows of a Franco-Japanese couple. Two cultures, two families, one emotion. The bride wore her grandmother's ancestral silk kimono for the traditional tea ceremony, then a Parisian haute couture creation for dinner. Even our pastry chefs had created a wedding cake combining cherry macarons and yuzu mochi. A blend of French elegance and Japanese refinement that reminds us every day why we love our profession so much.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Breathe, dream, then plan! Start by defining the atmosphere you want to create: intimate and festive or grandiose and spectacular? Once you've established this vision, everything else will follow naturally. And above all, don't hesitate to share your wildest dreams with us—we love making the impossible a reality!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A groom who secretly learned French for six months to surprise his Parisian in-laws. When he said his vows in perfect French, there wasn't a dry eye in the Salon Lutetia. These authentic moments of pure emotion are what make our passionate hotelier hearts beat faster.
