On the ground floor, you will appreciate the conviviality of the kitchen open to a spacious and bright living room of 80m².
The room can accommodate family events, between friends or for seminars.
No night time limit.
You have at your disposal tables (round or rectangular), chairs and crockery (glasses, cutlery, plates, etc.)
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, hotplates, an oven and a large fridge cabinet.
Upstairs, the mezzanine is equipped with a large living room, a library, games for children, a television area (DVD player) and an extra bed.
You also have 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Nous louons la salle de la grange (70 pers assises maximum) +la salle du gîte (50 personnes assises) idéal en cas de pluie pour l'apéro ou espace pour les enfants + salle traiteur+ un grand préau (140 m2) pour les cocktails + couchages 30 pers ( 10 chambres/ 8 salle de bain ) .
Sans limite horaire pour la musique le tout sur 3 jours (vendredi-samedi-dimanche) De avril à Septembre 3450 e + ménage 240 euros+ drap 2.50 euros / taie : 1 euros /lit fait.
Octobre : 3150 e + ménage 240 e + drap 2.50e / taie 1 e / lit fait
de Novembre à Mars : 2650e+ 240e ménage + drap 2.50 euros / taie 1 e / lit fait
