10 km from Châteaudun and 45 km from Blois, on the banks of the Aigre, a small peaceful river, in the middle of a large meadow, in a 19th century building, completely renovated in 2014.
Group and holiday cottage with 44 beds in rooms for 2, 3 people and a room for 150 people with a lift to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
The village of La Ferté-Villeneuil is a village in Eure-et-Loir crossed by the Aigre river and its marshes. The vast Fort Saint-Martin church with its fountain wells, the old Saint Pierre church but also the 19th century presbytery and transformed into the Ecomuseum of the Aigre Valley, its old wash houses are the jewels of this secret village. Now a holiday cottage, the Gîte de la Vallée de l'Aigre remains impressive with its pediment cross.

The cottage's park is enclosed once the doors are closed, the children appreciated the freedom it brought them. The price is more than reasonable, especially in the area. With the house, an outbuilding that adjoins the cottage and can be rented at an additional cost, we had 61 beds, which was very much appreciated by our guests! There is also the possibility of adding tents in the garden. The beds are comfortable and the cottage has many toilets. The room was perfect for arranging our 70 guests at round tables and keeping a large space for the dance floor. Finally, the cottage has everything necessary to allow caterers to provide receptions. We are delighted to have organized our wedding in this place!The cottage offers a magnificent setting for weddings, and has a large outdoor space that is ideal for ceremonies and cocktails.
