Equipment available in INHARRIA - In the room itself: This room is designed to be, after each use, emptied of all furniture (chairs, tables), which allows each client to bring the furniture that suits them, at the expense of paying the rental and ensure its removal the morning after the event. In a storage room, INHARRIA provides the following foldable and stackable furniture free of charge: - 15 rectangular tables (2.50 m/0.75 m) for 10/12 people - 18 round tables (1.80 m in diameter) for 10 people - 210 “off-white” colored resin chairs - a platform adjustable in surface and height, made up of 6 elements (2 m/1 m each) - a 3 m long mobile counter This furniture can be used for the ground floor room which can accommodate 220 to 250 guests (plus dance floor). - A U-shaped mezzanine, with direct access to the ground floor room, can accommodate 150 people who can participate fully with the others. This mezzanine features traditional wooden tables and chairs, including a "majestic" 22-seat table (4.30 m x 1.30 m). - At the mezzanine level, a space of 140 m² which can be used for various accessories, particularly in the event of bad weather. - A sheltered terrace and a large garden, out of sight of the neighborhood, allows you to organize the cocktail preceding the meal itself. - for the public: men's toilets and ladies' toilets For preparing and serving meals The caterer of your choice will have the following facilities: - Cold room - Bar with refrigerator - Kitchen with fires, ovens and food warmers - Preparation room and other cold appliance - Dishwasher part - Large 100 m² parking lot next to the facility allowing the caterer the best access and parking for their vehicles - For service staff: WC and shower Equipment: dishes, kitchen utensils, tablecloths and other items
