Le Gardien du Chai, your little corner of paradise in Salt-en-Donzy, in the Loire region. Away from prying eyes, come celebrate your love amidst this chic and bohemian estate. The estate offers various spaces (central courtyard, patio, nomadic tent, and wine cellar) that can accommodate 400 standing guests and 250 seated guests .
The wine cellar is a circular space of 400 m². Formerly a wine pressing facility, the cellar offers an incredible setting for your guests. This open-plan space boasts a magnificent timber frame. You can dine around round tables with up to 250 guests. The dance floor is located in the center of the cellar. Restrooms and a catering area are also available.
The nomadic tent in the middle of the grounds allows you to host your guests for cocktails or dinner. Within its 225m² space, you'll find a bar, lounge areas, and a dedicated second catering kitchen.
The building's central courtyard and patio complement the reception areas. You can celebrate your ceremony outdoors amidst the beauty of old stone.
We offer 66 beds on the property:
- A bridal suite with two private lounges will allow the bride and groom to recharge and prepare to say "I do!"
- 5 suites for 15 people allowing you to welcome your loved ones in summer as well as winter.
- You will also find 49 beds spread across tents in the small forest of the estate.
