Just 20 minutes from Valence, our estate sits atop a 650-meter-high hill in a 2-hectare park boasting exceptional panoramic views of the Rhône Valley and the Ardèche mountains. Our reception rooms are ideal for hosting groups of up to 180 people, including family or friends. They are fully equipped with a cloakroom, catering area, kitchen, video projector, large screens, microphones, speakers, tables and chairs, and one 180 m² room is air-conditioned. When you rent our reception rooms with accommodation, you also benefit from a large 60-space parking lot. The setting is magnificent, the rooms are perfect and allow you to organize everything exactly as you wish, whether the weather is good or not, you're guaranteed to have a wonderful time!
