The Domaine du Haras de Fontainebleau offers a 230m2 room within a 6-hectare equestrian estate, wooded and nestled at the foot of the Fontainebleau forest. It's an invitation to immerse yourself in nature.
The hall can accommodate up to 200 people, giving you the opportunity to host a grand wedding. Its large bay windows open onto a 150m² outdoor terrace and 500m² of green space, adding to the charm of this already elegant setting.
Services
Round tables seating 8 people and the necessary number of chairs will be provided to ensure a high-quality service. The bride and groom can relax and focus on each other, while their reception space is ready to host the most beautiful celebration.
Other facilities
You can use screens to reduce the size of the reception hall and adapt it to the number of guests. Parking will be available for easy access to the venue, and a room will be reserved for caterers to set up your meals. There will also be a separate room for the bride to change her outfits.
Magnificent 6-hectare estate at the foot of the Fontainebleau forest. The hall is 230 m2 (maximum 200 people seated and with a dance floor) and is air-conditioned with heating and cooling. Parking, tables (round for 8 people), a 15 m2 dressing room for the bride within the hall, chairs (upholsterable for decoration), 7 high tables for your cocktail reception, 8 armchairs for the terrace or green spaces, a 150 m2 outdoor terrace, and 500 m2 of green space for all activities except fireworks (due to the risk of fire). Ground cleaning is included. (You must remove your decorations, sweep and clean the tables and chairs; the caterer must leave the catering area clean.) Floor cleaning with the room empty is included. Catering area. The room is open to you the day before from 2 PM to 7 PM for setting up your decorations and tables. The final inspection will be done the day after your event at 11 AM, or at 7 PM if you choose the Brunch option. A security guard stationed in the parking lot will ensure your safety from 7 PM to 5 AM at no extra charge. Extending the event until 6 AM is possible for an additional fee.
The choice of service providers is free except for the caterer (large list of all cuisines on request) possibility to choose your caterer (not on the list) with an additional deposit and an on-site meeting before the event.
On-site accommodation:
Option to rent 1 to 4 chalets on site (4 beds per chalet). New chalets equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room/kitchen, and an outdoor terrace with a griddle. 2-night rental with linens, towels, and cleaning included: €350 (all taxes included). Additional night: €150.
Other accommodations are available within 3km in the village, with different options and prices. (List available on request).
The price is 3500 euros including tax for Saturday rental or 4500€ including tax for the weekend (Sunday brunch to enjoy with your loved ones).
