The residence dates from the end of the 18th century, the estate has been completely restored to become a reception venue integrating both the charm of the old and also a spirit of modernity thanks to a contemporary type renovation. This old vatage has a lot of charm with its magnificent framework, its walls plastered with lime and old wood and its stone foundations. This 242 m2 space will accommodate up to 180 people seated. The room is equipped with: round tables, chairs, underfloor heating or air conditioning, lighting, microphones, an integrated video projector, etc. Located between the vatage and the master's house, the cocktail area offers you an exceptional view of the vineyards, Mont Brouilly, the Fût d'Avenas, and the Côte du Py. At the foot of a beautiful cut stone staircase, the atypical tower and its gargoyles, your guests will enjoy resting on the stone benches or on the wrought iron garden furniture. Naturally shaded at the end of the day by the adjoining vegetation, this space, bordered by beautiful riprap and flowered plantings, lights up at nightfall and offers a beautiful spectacle from the room. The estate has a ceremony space: The barn, a covered hall in stone and raw adobe with its exposed framework. Secular ceremony furniture is included (160 white chairs). The adjoining vegetable garden provides quality fresh produce which will be used to prepare your meal by the NL Réceptions catering team. Finally, the Domaine has 28 beds, all air-conditioned and each including toilet and bathroom and composed of 7 bedrooms (including 1 bridal suite and a dormitory) and a gite area.
