Very good coordination with all of our service providers (pastry chef, DJ, photographer, etc.) in order to contribute to the success of our wedding. Being quite demanding, Pascal was immediately able to identify what we wanted for our wedding and was able to adapt to our requests. The dishes were delicious and very well presented. We were won over by his performance. From the sweet cocktail, to the wine of honor to the dishes, the service was impeccable.
