Domaine de Malabry is a beautiful estate nestled in nature, spanning two hectares in the Eure-et-Loir department. Located just 5 minutes from the town of Verneuil-sur-Avre, on the edge of the N12 highway, it's the ideal venue if you wish to host a reception in a peaceful and private setting. A team of dedicated professionals will ensure your event is truly unforgettable!
Located on the border of Normandy and at the gateway to the Perche region, just one hour from Paris by train, this charming property combines comfort, originality, and tranquility. The estate is a former Norman farmhouse, renovated with old-world charm and modern touches.
A bucolic and comfortable setting for your guests
To welcome your guests on your special day, Domaine de Malabry offers the Bergerie, a 350 m² building divided into three rooms: a reception hall, a fully equipped dance floor, and a very cozy lounge area. The Grange aux Papillons, a 300 m² building, features a 200 m² reception hall with a bar, cloakroom, catering area, and a terrace for your cocktail receptions.
The estate therefore has 4 cathedral-style rooms. These spaces are very bright, isolated and equipped with audiovisual equipment (video projector, large screen, hifi, flip chart, etc.). We can offer suitable equipment for your service providers (caterers, DJs, etc.). There is also a dance floor equipped with sound and lighting.
The estate features secure parking for 70 vehicles. You can enjoy a children's play area, a swimming pool, a ball pit, and a terrace with sun loungers and a jacuzzi. The estate is lush and verdant, offering beautiful photo opportunities and a wonderful sense of tranquility. We also provide a stage for secular weddings, adding a touch of floral beauty to your celebration. Come and discover it for yourself!
The landscaped park, relaxation areas, and ponds teeming with ducks add to the natural charm of the place. The atmosphere is ideal for weddings, wellness retreats, group stays, birthdays, dance parties—all spaces can be adapted to suit your needs.

The estate offers accommodation for 80 people (chalets, single rooms, shared rooms). You will also have the option of setting up tents for your guests.
Rooms overlooking the orchard, independent chalets crafted by a local carpenter, comfortable bedding, tasteful décor, and the charm of exposed beams: each bed has been designed to blend modern comfort with a warm atmosphere. Linens are provided, along with duvets and extra blankets.

While the venue itself is magnificent, with its interconnected rooms (dining room, cozy lounge, and dance floor) that allow for a natural and intuitive flow, the soul of this place (and what made our wedding a truly timeless weekend) is undoubtedly its owner: Philippe Becker! With unparalleled professionalism and unwavering composure (even managing to calm the very stressed bride and groom we were!), Philippe was indispensable to the smooth running of our wedding. His advice, event expertise, and work as event manager and coordinator throughout our stay allowed us to fully enjoy this unique event. The available rooms were all extremely comfortable, and we were fortunate enough to be able to use the newly renovated Grange aux Papillons for our cocktail reception. We were fortunate to have perfect weather, which allowed us to fully enjoy the grounds for our secular ceremony. The many vibrant flowers provided an exceptional backdrop and enabled our photographer to take some superb photos. We chose the Bergerie for our reception, and this space perfectly met our expectations. It comprises three distinct areas as well as on-site accommodation. The large reception hall allowed us to host dinner and then enjoy some dancing. A second area, furnished with sofas, offered a quieter space where guests could relax away from the music whenever they wished. It was also in this area that we held brunch the following morning. Finally, a dance floor is also available. We didn't use it as a dance floor, but it was a hit with the children, who were able to play and let off steam freely. We had booked around thirty beds. Everything was perfectly clean, well-prepared, and very comfortable. Our guests were delighted, and we received only extremely positive feedback about the venue, which greatly contributed to making this one of the best days of our lives. Thanks to the pleasant temperature, neither too hot nor too cold, we were able to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor spaces in perfect conditions. The venue also has a swimming pool, which we didn't feel it necessary to reserve for our event. However, it is very beautiful and spacious. Another room, the Grange aux Papillons (Butterfly Barn), is also available for larger receptions. We didn't use it, as we had around 60 guests, but it would be an excellent option for larger weddings. Finally, we would like to emphasize the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. We highly recommend this venue to all couples looking for an elegant, welcoming location perfectly suited for their wedding. The accommodations are really good, as we had quite a few ground-floor bedrooms to house the older guests. We had visited in winter and returned during the blooming season, which allowed us to appreciate the beauty of the place even more (a very green setting). A space is reserved for the secular ceremony. We were lucky enough to be able to use it as the weather was perfect. We had initially only chosen the Bergerie space (the Grange aux Papillons room wasn't finished yet). Having more guests than expected, we were thrilled to have the option of using this venue for our wedding (which will take place sometime in 2025), and what a joy it was! The main hall was tastefully decorated and is magnificent. The smaller room is just as charming and lovely. The Bergerie area is also very well designed, with its various spaces that the elderly guests were able to fully enjoy during the cocktail hour, despite the rather windy conditions. It was a real advantage to be able to arrive on Friday to prepare and organize everything for the guests' arrival on Saturday. Philippe gave us a warm welcome and was available to let us come back several times (to take measurements and visualize the space). The spaces are very well laid out for organizing your cocktail hour, secular ceremony, and games. The children were safe (the gates were closed). We are very happy to have chosen this venue; our only regret is that it's already over.
