Spaces and capacities
A large modular reception room (80 to 220m2) has been renovated in an old farmhouse. Equipped with large bay windows, it overlooks the pretty wooded park of the estate. It also includes a dance floor. You will also have the possibility to prepare your wine of honor outside with a breathtaking view of the Perdrix lighthouse.
Geographical location
The Kerenez estate is located in Loctudy in Finistère, a luxury seaside resort since the nineteenth century. Built by the sea and near the Pont l'Abbé river, this magnificent residence invites you to escape.
