We were able to enjoy the estate and its four cottages from Friday evening until Sunday. It is a magnificent place that we were able to decorate as we wished. The wines are delicious and accompanied our meal magnificently. Sandy who took care of us is very kind, very helpful and attentive. Thank you again for your trust. This estate is a gem, a magical place, with a thousand and one possibilities for an outdoor wedding. We were able to enjoy the estate and its four cottages from Friday evening until Sunday. Magnificent place with different places to have the wine of honor, in particular the terrace of the Caveau with a view of the vineyards and the setting sun. We followed Sandy's advice when choosing wines to accompany our meal and we do not regret it! Sandy is very kind, very helpful and attentive. We were able to enjoy the estate and its four lodgings from Friday evening until Sunday. The place is magnificent, very close to the city of Carcassonne. The reception tent is really beautiful, at first we had doubts about the capacity but in the end everyone had enough space: the tent is open to the outside, sufficiently airy and too pretty when night falls. And the cherry on the cake: the wines of the estate. Sandy offered us a tasting, it was perfect.We celebrated our wedding at Domaine Calmel & Joseph in May 2024 and it was magical. Yes. The estate has 18 bedrooms and approximately 30 beds (perfect for close family, witnesses and some guests).

The classic formula is a private rental with 2 nights , usually from Friday to Sunday or from Saturday to Monday (and there are also weekday options).
Peut-on installer/décorer la veille ?
Yes — setting up the day before is possible, which makes the organization much smoother (especially for service providers and decor).
Quels espaces sont disponibles pour la cérémonie et la réception ?
You can organize an outdoor ceremony and receive your guests in a covered reception area (marquee/structure type), with a professional kitchen available.
Avez-vous un bon “plan B” en cas de pluie ou de météo instable ?
Yes — the reception area is designed to secure the event: it is covered and very comfortable, while remaining open to the natural scenery of the estate (ideal if the weather changes).
Les traiteurs externes sont-ils autorisés ?
Yes — external caterers are allowed , and a professional kitchen is provided to facilitate their service.
Peut-on apporter nos propres boissons ? (droit de bouchon / vins)
Yes — a corkage fee is possible if you wish to bring your own alcohol. And if you prefer, the estate also offers a wine list (logical for a winery 😉).
