Château Rieutort is an elegant 30 ha wine estate, dating from the 18th century, located in Languedoc-Roussillon, on the banks of the Hérault River. The complex includes a 2.5 ha park with 2 swimming pools, a SPA containing a giant jacuzzi, a sauna and two massage rooms, a castle with guest rooms as well as historic buildings of an orangery, stables , cellar buildings converted for gîtes. Our wedding offer includes: Exclusive use of the castle: - park & 2 swimming pools, - a SPA (sauna & jacuzzi), - reception room where up to 70 people can be seated with enough space to dance, - tables and chairs for 100 people, - accommodation for up to 67 people in the castle suite rooms (5) and gîtes (7), - parking for 100 cars. Weddings for over 70 guests (up to 400 guests) have been hosted at the castle but in this case you will need to plan to accommodate your guests in the grounds with a marquee as a precaution against occasional bad weather. Deadline for music until 4 a.m. (background music from 3 a.m.). A continental or continental+ breakfast can be ordered at the castle for an additional fee. In-house bilingual wedding planner (English and French) is available at an additional cost. AVAILABILITY: The castle is not available for weddings between mid-July and the end of August.

We do not have availability between mid July and the end of August During the most attractive months (June and September), a one-night privatization of the castle including accommodation for up to 67 people costs €11,500.00 Between October and May we also offer semi-privatizations with part of the property (without all accommodation or even without any accommodation, depending on your budget). The average price in these months for 1 night, including accommodation for up to 40 people, is €7,800.

Falling for something

A real favorite ! A perfect site for a beautiful wedding. An idyllic, chic and romantic setting for a beautiful reception. 60 beds in very beautiful rooms and gîtes. We chose this place for its authenticity. The best. Great luck, getting married in winter...our date was available. We decided to have the reception in front of the castle next to the orangery and it was simply magnificent. The castle totally contributed to the success of our wedding!

We had a delicious time with Karina, Peter and their visitors at dinner. The castle has been renovated with great taste. It is a haven of peace that we strongly recommend, a stone's throw from Pezenas, Sète or Montpellier.

Very friendly welcome. Unforgettable moments. A massage you can't find better, relaxing and very relaxing. We were able to appreciate the warm and very relaxing setting of this beautiful residence of character. I recommend at this time it's the best. Thanks again to both of you.

We spent one night at Château Rieutort and what more can we say other than: Wonderful. We were superbly welcomed. The owners are adorable and very attentive to their customers. A stay based on a delicious dinner accompanied by wine from the estate, a good night's sleep, a breakfast worthy of the greatest hotels and time at the spa/jacuzzi. A very good time, in short, I recommend.

Charming, a warm welcome, visit to the friendly cellar and wine tasting to do. Excellent dinner and breakfasts! Karina and Peter take great care to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Start with the venue – this can determine your date but will also determine the theme, colors, menu, etc. When everything is settled, make sure you have someone you trust: a family member, friend, your best man/bridesmaid or wedding planner in charge on the big day. You don't want to worry nonsense that day – have someone else supervise your suppliers, coordinate the day's schedule, handle any problems.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

Support – we care about you. We're here for you on this day: sometimes I glue brides' shoes, remove stains from dresses, pick up wedding guests who got lost along the way, and offer that shot of vodka for couples trembling with stress to leave through the castle door. their guests to say YES in public :) We are here for you that day!
