A flat rate is charged in addition to accommodation for the use of reception spaces. It allows the organization of two events on the property, generally the wedding on Saturday and a brunch or BBQ on Sunday. The package includes the assistance of our wedding manager in recommending vendors, coordinating wedding preparations and managing the big day. The package also includes the possibility of organizing the ceremony in several locations on the property and the the use of the Métairie reception room as plan B in case of rain, as well as the presence of adequate security and maintenance personnel throughout the weekend. Finally, the package includes the supply of tables and chairs for 150 people, sound equipment for the ceremony and for the Sunday afternoon event, the lighting system and shade sails for the courtyard and the supply decorative elements such as candlesticks, easels, etc.
